Track the attendance of all the staff day wise in provided excel format as per
organization requirements and communication.
Track leave database, eligibility, availed and closing balances of leave in an excel
format.
Provide the information of productivity and quality report and day-to-day basis.
Update the complete information on monthly basis for the payroll input.
Salary processing/Payroll:
Provide Payroll inputs such as attendance summary, leave summary, other
deductions to payroll employee wise in specified format for processing payroll.
Preparing manual payslip of an employees on monthly basis.
Employee data:
Maintaining the complete data base of all the employees in specified excel sheet
and update them regularly with any changes.
Ensure that contract renewals are done in a timely manner.
Maintain the HR files such as employees personal files, Recruitment file, PF related
documents in a given space in the premises.
Performance Management:
Track Probation reviews with timelines and ensure outcomes are communicate
verbally and through formal mails.
Communicate the process of annual or midyear appraisals and verify the forms and
share the consolidated outcomes in specified format.
Employee Separation:
Ensure the resignation letters are received from the employee end and accept the
resignation and share the relieving letter to the employee.
Conduct exit formalities for resigned employee and collect all the properties of
organization.
Ensure the final settlement is done within standard timeline.
Employee Engagement:
Coordinate with Team Leads for a wide range of employee activities on monthly
basis
